We know how dissapointed you were with how little firmware 2.35 brought, but maybe you overlooked the awesome YouTube API Sony adopted for the PS3?
 

The PS3 YouTube integration allows game developers to create games that enable direct upload of in-game video captures to YouTube. This will allow gamers to share and show-off their gaming skills via the touch of a button.
 

Sony has already added YouTube functionality to one game, Mainichi Issho, a popular game with our Japanese PS3 owners but soon all PS3 owners will be able to take advantage of this shnazzy little feature.
